With this Complex System, mammal gland radiography procedures are executed per digital methods of X-ray images database recording under PC-control. This advantage enables a full use of all the innovative techniques of detecting, processing, archiving, printing and feeding the mammograms to end-users.
The complex system is construed on advanced micro-focus technologies of acquisition of mammal gland high-contrast images. A positive effect is achieved with built-in low-power Micro-Focus X-Ray Tube. Such an approach to design of radiation facility ensures minimization of weight/size characteristics, and reduced its power supply consumption rate.
The digital DR-type X-ray radiation detector features a sufficient sensitivity and a notable spatial resolution. The compact pedestal-mounted apparatus would comfortably fit and suit any place, from clinic wards to mobile Roentgen departments.
The digital mammographic X-ray system MADIS is employed in service rooms of medico-prophylactic clinics at screening and diagnostic examinations aimed at early detection of preliminary symptoms of mammary gland diseases.
Functionally, the complex system enables implementing any kind of screening and diagnostic procedures relevant to domain of mammology.

The Complete Set of Items includes a pedestal-mounted X-ray Apparatus and two PC-controlled locally integrated Workstations, being: Control Post of Radiology Lab-Assistant and Radiology-Doctor’s Diagnostics Desk. The Doctor’s Diagnostic Workstation has an individual access to a local Mammology Clinic / Center Network.
At a specified system configuration, patients are examined by X-ray Lab Technician Assistant in tandem with Radiology Doctor. The X-ray technician assistant has to: register patients into the mammology clinic database; proceed with acquisiting X-ray images; feed thus collected data to the Radiologist Workstation. The Doctor usually contemplates on diagnoses, verbalizes Medical Reports with conclusions, and (when necessary) conveys the paper or film-borne data (and/or PC-files) to further processing through Clinic Channels. An option with a single universal Workstation is available.
